This original artistic initiative takes place every year during the traditional fair of the "Agosto Torgianese" carried out in cooperation with the municipal administration, which hosts several artistic, cultural and recreational initiatives. During this period the "Pro-Loco" promotes and supervises several painting and handicraft exibitions in the halls of the historical centre, inviting a lot of artists to present their works. The "Vinarelli", an idea born for fun and remained as a joyful motive, is neither a competition nor an extemporariness, but the magic expression that the imagination and the art of painters, "friends of Torgiano", create in the pleasant atmosphere of a convivial meeting. The wine, generous and inimitable product of these lands becomes the protagonist here too. In fact it is used to dilute the colours of the lively paintings and funny sketches , fruit of the vivid imagination of the artists. Their works are given to the association, which supervises the sale, using the proceeds for social - artistic - cultural interventions.
In the last week-ends of March, June, September and December it is possible to visit an exibition - market of Vinarelli at the St. Antony's Hall in Principe Umberto Street.
