Aware of the necessity to defend and enrich the artistic patrimony present in the territory, our association has undertaken to contribute towards the restoration of some works, using also the proceeds from the sale of the Vinarelli too.
Among the works restored with the contribution of the "Pro Loco" there are the "Cristo deposto dalla croce" (Christ put down from the cross), oil painting by Felice Pellegrini of the Barrocci school (1588), placed in the parish church and "Madonna in trono con Bambino e Santi" oil painting of the Roman school of the 16th century, placed in the seventeenth century church of the Crucifix.
In the picturesque alleys of the historical centre it is possible to admire some frescoes realised by contemporary artists, who, representing ancient trades, keep the historical memory of our traditions alive.
Blacksmiths'Alley - "The blacksmith" by Marc Sardelli (1995).
Municipal Alley - "The joiner" a fresco by Ennio Marchionni (1996).
Stocchi Alley - "The oil mill of life", a wall painting by Romano Ranieri (1997).
